I help people set and reach their goals by redefining their priorities, establishing their work ethic, improving their life routines and health, and showing them how to create those critical habits that shape today and especially tomorrow.

LEARN SOMETHING NEW EVERY DAY

I have dedicated my whole life to improving myself.

At first, this was a physical challenge. Even when it came to silly things, I would find ways to better myself. For example, I would avoid taking the elevator to train my legs, avoid using a wheeled cart at the grocery store to strengthen my arms and get used to effort or running instead of walking to improve my breathing.

At the time, I did not know what this mindset would have given me, and I do not understand why I started doing that so early in my life, but it helped me immensely.

Later in life, I started taking the same approach towards my mind and started reading as much as I could to extract and learn from other people’s mistakes.
Of course, I still make mistakes, but I have the knowledge to go through them by browsing a vast database of information that keeps me away from the darkness.

I will repeat this: I take it every time there is an opportunity to improve something about myself, physically or mentally.

Some of the events I went through in my life could be told in a novel (which one day I might write) because they are like the shows you might see on TV.
The thing is, all those shows are not fiction; they are based on reality.
We do not invent anything; we re-elaborate things based on what we have experienced and know.
This is my story, in case you want to read about it.

Over the years, even before becoming a life mentor, I have helped many people find themselves and discover sides of themselves that they had not considered.
They told me more than once that I should be doing that as a job, given the transformation they had in their lives.
I did not think much about it at the time. My other professional goals absorbed me fully.
After reaching them, though, I wished to help others achieve theirs.
That is also why I teach at the university: to help students achieve their dreams and find their passion and purpose.

I have rarely been more fulfilled than when one of my students achieves something important and then thanks me or credits me for my help.
It is not because of pride but because of feeling true joy for them.
I understand now that helping and serving others is my real calling.

I subconsciously knew it when I was a younger teenager, always busy with Church charitable work with the homeless, kids with difficulties, or with brutal and violent situations that most people in the Western world do not even know exist.

So, after 20 years of learning, teaching, and helping others, I have decided to officially share my insights with those who are willing to invest in themselves. I recognize that learning new things is the only way to fulfill one's life.

My life strategy is based on three key elements: peace, purpose, and discipline.
Mastering these aspects of life will allow you to fill your time and your spirit properly.

THE 3 REQUIREMENTS

FOR A BALANCED LIFE

PEACE

This is the most important of the three elements.
Having peace in your life means that you will always be able to avoid reacting to whatever comes to you in whatever way.
There will be times when that peace will be tried, but keeping yourself in a spirit of acceptance will allow you to flow through life without being dragged down.

Defend your peace at all costs, as a life without it can make you sick.


PURPOSE


What are you called to do? What gives you joy? What would you want to spend most of your time doing?

There are multiple answers to these questions, but the reality is that most people do not even know what they want, which is the biggest problem for the new generations because, without a purpose, you are just vagabonding through life.
You need a goal, a reason for achieving it, and a plan to achieve it.

DISCIPLINE

Both peace and purpose can’t be fulfilled without the most important skill any man can learn: discipline.

What separates successful people from those who reach a certain point in their lives and then get stuck is doing the things that they don’t want to do.
It is simple and yet so hard.

I learned discipline from my parents and will always be grateful for their example.
They didn’t lecture me on the topic; as far as I remember, they never actually used this word, but they showed me with their actions what it is and how it is done.
In their constant, tiring, and never-ending daily hard work, they still managed to do everything they did not feel like doing.

That was also because they had a purpose: to raise my brother and me in the best possible way and lead by example.

Discipline is a must for achieving a balanced life.

HOW ARE YOU FEELING?

There are times in life when we do not know what direction to take. We feel stuck and try different things, but we cannot go anywhere.
This is because we lack the mental clarity and necessary experience to make a decision quickly and effectively, and we keep thinking about the IFs and BUTs.

HEALTH

I gained weight. I feel slow and lethargic. I am lazy.

My performance has been declining in most areas of my life.
I used to perform at a much higher level and I do not understand why I cannot match that anymore.

I am not sure what I believe anymore. My values are not the same. I feel I have been corrupted. People do not understand what I am going through.

PEOPLE

I do not have many friends. I do not like the people I spend time with. I do not want to be alone. I cannot let go of people.

MISSION

I am doing something I am not keen on. I hate my job but I do not know what else I could do. I have never found my true passion.

REGRETS

I keep thinking about the past. I am worried about the future. I cannot let go. I cannot live in the moment. I cannot enjoy the present.
